Slovakia is a neighbouring country of Hungary. Budapest is about 50 km from
the nearest border. At the contrary to Hungary, Slovakia is mainly mountaineous.
Hungarians travel to Slovakia for skiing in the winter and mountains treks in
the summer. Relationship between the two countries is not always easy as Slovakia
has a large Hungarian minority.

Slovakia is very good for summer holidays. People are rather friendly and food
(and beer) is good.
